It depends on the shipping you choose, if you go for express shipping your part will arrive in 3-7 days and if you go for a regular shipping it may take up to 7-14 days, However, sometimes due to unusual circumstances like weather delays, order volumes, holidays, etc., it may take some additional time.

A core part is your old engine or transmission that you return after buying a new or remanufactured part. When you purchase from us, we may charge a core fee, which is a deposit that we hold until we receive your old part back.
We offer a 30 to 90 days’ core charge waiver for transmissions, giving you ample time to swap in your new part. Plus, we make the return process easy! you can just give us a call when your old part is ready to pick up, and we’ll send a person to pick it up at zero cost. This not only simplifies your experience but also helps us promote sustainability by reusing valuable components

Your part will arrive either on a 3×3 pallet, shrink wrapped and drained of all fluids, depending on the part you ordered. Your remanufactured part will arrive in a POD. You can use the POD for core return as well. You can give us a call in case you need to know your order status.
